Two Longtime Traditions in Havre de Grace; the Candlelight House Tour and the Lock House Boutique

Each December for the last 53 years, the Lock House Museum takes you back in time for one of Havre de Grace’s most magical evenings—the Annual Candlelight Tour (tickets HERE). This year's tour features 8 homes and 7 landmarks including Havre de Grace's first inclusive art studio, Luckiest Light, Graw Alley, Arts By the Bay, and the Decoy Museum.

Each illuminated stop along the tour offers a warm welcome inside, with holiday décor, charm, and a glimpse into the stories that shaped our community. The evening celebrates the spirit of Havre de Grace—neighbors gathering, visitors discovering, and history coming alive.

The Candlelight Tour is more than an event—it’s a celebration of light, tradition, and community spirit. Mark your calendar now for Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Lock House Boutique

December 13th 9-5 & December 14th 11-3

The Boutique began as an additional fundraiser to help supplement the Candlelight Tour.  What started as a bake sale table has become so much more!  It has evolved into a museum full of savory and sweet goods, hand-crafted items, centerpieces of fresh evergreens, curated jewelry, sometimes vintage items, and the raffle.

Come early because there is always a line for the baked goods!
